According to the World Health Organization, suicide is the second leading cause of death among 15-29 year olds globally. In the United States, suicide is the 10th leading cause of death and the rates have been increasing in recent years. Risk factors for suicide include mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, substance abuse, and a history of trauma or abuse. Additionally, factors such as access to firearms, social isolation, and a lack of access to mental health resources can also contribute to suicide risk.

Eligibility: The program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have a diagnosed mental health condition, or who are experiencing significant mental health challenges.

  • Confidentiality: All information shared during the program, including personal and health-related information, will be kept confidential and only shared with the necessary program and professionals.
  • Participation: Participants are expected to actively engage in the program and complete all assigned activities, such as attending group meetings, and participating in individual sessions.
  • Non-Discrimination: The program is committed to non-discrimination and will not discriminate against individuals based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Professionalism: All program Coordinator including therapists, Life Coach and facilitators, are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and abide by ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Safety: The program is committed to providing a safe, supportive & Non Judgement environment for all participants, and any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others will not be tolerated.
  • Termination: The program reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who violates program policies, fails to meet program expectations, or engages in behavior that is harmful to themselves or others.
  • Cost: Participants may be required to pay a fee for the program, or the program may be covered by other funding sources Or Jeevan Darshan Foundation may Provide Financial As Needed. Any fees or payment arrangements will be clearly communicated to participants prior to enrollment By Mail or Phone.
  • Referral: Participants may be referred to additional mental health services or resources as needed, and the program may require participants to seek additional treatment outside of the program if deemed necessary.
  • Consent: Participants will be required to sign a consent form acknowledging their understanding and agreement to the program's terms and conditions before beginning the program.
